Visual inspection of the incoming and manufactured components.
With the use of preventive visual inspections and go/no go gauge measurements before the installation, manufacturing and applying period we can filter out the incorrect components thereby we can help to optimize the quality rates of the production processes.
With the endinspection of the manufactured products we can reduce the customers rejections and claims thereby the quality rates are increasing.
INSPECTION OF THE INCOMING PRODUCTS
Inspection of the incoming components even if they are non defective.
We undertake the inspection of the incoming products according to the acceptance parameters. With the use of go/no go gauge, caliper, micrometer and other measuring instruments we can exclude the non acceptable products which will not be able to get into the production process.

SUPPORT THE PRODUCTION LINE
Our colleagues can learn the production processes in a short time at our partner.
